摘  要:目的优选高效制备姜黄素固体分散体的工艺。方法以PEG6000为载体材料,采用溶剂熔融法制备姜黄素固体分散体,通过正交试验优选制备工艺。采用X射线衍射图谱(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)表征固体分散体的性质。结果最优工艺为:姜黄素加入量20 mg,姜黄素:PEG6000=1:9,加入无水乙醇10 ml,熔融温度50℃。该条件制备的姜黄素固体分散体25 min内累积溶出度达93%。XRD图谱和SEM结果显示该固体分散体晶粒明显减少。结论该工艺过程简单有效,姜黄素固体分散体能显著提高姜黄素的溶出度。Objective To optimize the process for preparation of curcumin solid dispersion.Methods The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment,using PEG6000 as carrier material.The curcumin solid dispersion was prepared by solvent melting method.The solid dispersion was characterized by XRD and SEM.Results The optimal process was as follows:the amount of curcumin was 20 mg,the ratio of curcumin to PEG6000 was 1:9,the volume of anhydrous ethanol was 10 ml,and the melting temperature was 50℃.The cumulative dissolution of curcumin solid dispersion was 93%within 25 minutes.XRD and SEM results showed that the curcumin crystals decreased significantly in the solid dispersion.Conclusion The process is simple and feasible.Curcumin solid dispersion can effectively improve the dissolution of curcumin.
