摘  要:目的研究硬尖神香草与宽唇神香草挥发油化学成分及相对含量。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取神香草挥发油成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合质谱图库检索对分离的化合物进行结构分析。结果硬尖神香草挥发油中检测到化学成分48个,松香芹酮为主要化学成分(26.73%),宽唇神香草挥发油中检测到化学成分45个,D-柠檬烯为主要化学成分(29.14%)。结论硬尖神香草与宽唇神香草挥发油的化学成分差异较大,其药用价值需进一步深入研究。Objective To study the chemical constituents and relative contents of the volatile oil from Hyssopus cuspidatus and Hyssopus latilabiatus.Methods The volatile oil were extracted by steam distillation,and the structure of the separated compounds was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with retrieval of MS spectrum library.Results Forty-eight chemical constituents were detected in the volatile oil from Hyssopus cuspidatus,and pine carvone was the main component(26.73%).Forty-five chemical constituents were detected in the volatile oil from Hyssopus latilabiatus,and D-limonene was the main component(29.14%).Conclusion The chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Hyssopus cuspidatus and Hyssopus latilabiatus are quite different,and their medicinal value needs further study.
