摘  要:目的建立加味香连丸高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,测定11个有效成分含量。方法采用HPLC法,使用Agilent SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长225,230,280 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。选取黄芩苷为参照峰,并使用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统对指纹图谱进行相似性评价。结果建立加味香连丸指纹图谱,15批加味香连丸指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.99;共标定29个共有峰,对其中11个色谱峰进行了定性定量研究,各项方法学考察结果均符合测试要求。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱和多成分含量分析方法可用于加味香连丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint and determine the contents of 11 compounds in Jiawei Xianglian Pills.Methods HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent SB-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),using acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min as the mobile phase of gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 225,230 and 280 nm,the column temperature was set at 30℃,and the sample size was 10μl.By selection of baicalin as reference peak,the HPLC fingerprint was analyzed and the similarity was evaluated with Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results HPLC fingerprint of Jiawei Xianglian Pills was established,and the similarities between the fingerprints of 15 batches of Jiawei Xianglian Pills and the control fingerprint were all greater than 0.99.29 common peaks were identified,among which,11 peaks were qualitatively and quantitatively studied.The methodological investigation results were all in accordance with the testing requirements.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint and multi-component analysis method established can be used for quality control of Jiawei Xianglian Pills.
