摘 要:为了优化污水中氨氮测定方法,本文选取pH、试剂显色时间、纳氏试剂用量3个因素作为氨氮测定条件,按照纳氏试剂比色法原理,设计试验方案。其间测试不同试验条件下的氨氮浓度,与标准浓度进行对比,从而确定测定方法的最佳因素条件。试验结果显示,pH为10、试剂显色时间为10 min、纳氏试剂用量为1.0 mL时,试验可以充分发挥纳氏试剂比色法在氨氮测定中的作用,得到高精度测定结果。In order to optimize the ammonia nitrogen determination method in sewage,three factors are selected as the ammonia nitrogen determination conditions,namely pH,reagent color development time and Nessler’s reagent dosage,and the experimental scheme is designed according to the principle of Nessler’s reagent colorimetry in this paper.During this period,the ammonia nitrogen concentration under different test conditions is tested and compared with the standard concentration,so as to determine the optimal factor conditions of the determination method.The test results show that when the pH is 10,the color development time of the reagent is 10 min,and the dosage of Nessler’s reagent is 1.0 mL,the test can give full play to the effect of Nessler’s reagent colorimetry in the determination of ammonia nitrogen,and obtain high-precision determination results.
