摘  要:随着我国对企业环境保护的要求不断趋严,废汽车尾气净化催化剂的资源化回收、无害化处置势在必行。本文综述了废汽车尾气净化催化剂火法回收的几种工艺,包括铁捕集、铜捕集、铅捕集、锍捕集、铋捕集等金属捕集法以及氯化挥发法和协同捕集法,剖析和对比了各种工艺的优缺点。基于现有工艺存在能耗高、回收周期长、环境污染严重等问题,开发低成本、短流程、高铂族金属回收率的绿色处置工艺,是废汽车尾气净化催化剂回收工艺的研究方向。As China’s requirements for environmental protection of enterprises continue to become stricter,the recycling and harmless disposal of spent automotive exhaust purification catalysts are imperative.In this paper,several processes for pyro-recovery of spent automotive exhaust purification catalysts are reviewed,including metal trapping (such as iron capture,copper capture,lead capture,matte capture and bismuth capture,etc),chlorination volatilization and synergistic trapping,and the advantages and disadvantages of various processes are analyzed and compared.Based on the problems of high energy consumption,long recovery period and serious environmental pollution in the existing process,the development of a green disposal process with low cost,short process and high recovery rate of platinum group metals is the research direction of the recovery process for spent automotive exhaust purification catalysts.
