摘  要:水环境监测可以获得相关指标的数据信息,为后续工作的开展提供支持。采用纳氏试剂分光光度法,可高质量完成水中氨氮的测定,为水环境治理提供依据。本文首先概述纳氏试剂分光光度法的原理,然后分析其测定水中氨氮的要点,最后提出优化纳氏试剂分光光度法应用的策略。Water environment monitoring can obtain data and information of relevant indicators to provide support for the follow-up work.Using Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry can complete the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water with high quality and provide a basis for water environment management.This paper firstly outlines the principle of Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry,then analyzes the main points of its determination of ammonia nitrogen in water,and finally proposes a strategy to optimize the application of Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.
