摘 要:采用机械活化回收废弃锂电池正极材料钴酸锂(LiCoO_(2))中的有价金属,实现常温环境中有价金属的高效浸出;通过机械活化过程改变LiCoO_(2)结构、提高Li CoO_(2)晶体的无序程度及增加LiCoO_(2)的反应活性;研究球磨转速、球磨时间、固液比、球料比、盐酸浓度和H_(2)O_(2)浓度对LiCoO_(2)中有价金属浸出率的影响。实验表明:在球磨转速500r/min、球磨时间30min、球料比25∶1、固液比1∶150、盐酸浓度为0.5mol/L、H_(2)O_(2)浓度为1mol/L条件下,Co和Li的浸出率分别达到94.7%和80%。A mechanical activation was used to recover the valuable metals in LiCoO_(2)of waste lithium battery.The efficient leaching of valuable metals in normal temperature environ-ment was realized.The structure of LiCoO_(2)was destroyed,the disorder degree of Li-CoO_(2)was increased and the reaction activity of LiCoO_(2) was increased,in the process of mechanical activation.The influence of ball milling speed,ball milling time,solid-to-liquid ratio,ball-to-material ratio,HCl concentration and H_(2)O_(2) concentration on the leaching of LiCoO_(2)was systematically investigated,and the optimal conditions were de-termined.Under the optimal conditions,the ball milling speed is 500 r/min,the ball milling time is 30 min,the ball-to-battery ratio is 25∶1,solid-liquid ratio 1∶150,the HCl concentration is 0.5 mol/L,and the H_(2)O_(2) concentration is 1 mol/L.The leaching rate of Co and Li reached 94.7%and 80%respectively.
