铁镍电池负极材料NiS包覆改性研究

摘  要:首先以FeSO_(4)为铁源、SnSO_(4)为锡源,通过溶胶凝胶法在825℃下煅烧制备含Sn的Fe_(3)O_(4)粉末,然后采用沉淀法在Fe_(3)O_(4)粉末上包覆Ni S,制备得到Fe_(3)O_(4)@Ni S负极材料,研究Ni S用量、包覆温度及Ni S加入方式等对电池性能的影响。结果表明:当Ni S用量为10%时,相较于共混加入方式,以沉淀包覆方式制得负极材料的循环性能和电化学性能均有明显提升;当Ni S包覆量降低为3%、常温包覆时制得的负极材料性能最好,30次循环后比容量为504mAh/g,电池的析氢和阻抗相较于其他条件均有明显降低。Firstly,the Sn-containing Fe_(3)O_(4) powder was prepared by sol-gel calcination at 825℃using FeSO_(4) as iron source and SnSO_(4) as tin source.Then NiS was coated on the Fe_(3)O_(4) powder by precipitation method.Fe_(3)O_(4)@NiS anode material was prepared,and the effects of NiS dosage,coating temperature and NiS addition mode on the battery per-formance were studied.The results show that when the amount of NiS was 10%,com-pared with the blending method,the cycle performance and electrochemical perform-ance of the anode material prepared by the precipitation coating method are significantly improved;when the amount of Ni S coating is reduced to 3%,the performance of the negative electrode material prepared at room temperature is the best,the specific capacity is 504mAh/g after 30 cycles,and the hydrogen evolution and impedance of the battery are significantly lower than other conditions.
