摘 要:为研究SiC陶瓷、玻璃纤维和RHA钢材料及厚度配比对三层复合靶板抗侵彻能力的影响,建立杆式穿甲弹侵彻三层复合靶板的数值仿真模型,通过对比弹丸侵彻靶板后的剩余速度,分析不同材料厚度配比复合靶板抗侵彻能力。研究结果表明:当RHA钢背板及复合靶板总厚度一定时,增加陶瓷的相对厚度能有效提高复合靶板的抗侵彻能力;三层厚度比例为1∶5∶4的200mm复合靶板具备良好的抗侵彻能力,同时靶板质量相对较小,可以为复合靶板的结构设计提供参考。In order to study the influence of SiC ceramic,glass fiber and RHA steel materials and thickness ratio on the anti-intrusion ability of three-layer composite target plate,a numeri-cal simulation model of rod armor-piercing ammunition intruding into the three-layer composite target plate is established,and the anti-intrusion ability of composite target plate with different material thickness ratio is analyzed by comparing the residual velocity of the projectile after intruding into the target plate.The results show that when the total thickness of RHA steel backing plate and composite target plate is fixed,increasing the relative thickness of ceramics can effectively improve the anti-intrusion ability of composite target plate;the 200mm compos-ite target plate with the ratio of 1∶5∶4 of three thicknesses has good anti-intrusion ability,and the mass of target plate is relatively small,which can provide reference for the structural de-sign of composite target plate.
