摘  要:设计并合成了2,6-二乙酰吡啶缩水杨酰腙衍生物(2,6-((o-OH)C_(6)H_(4)C=ONHN=C(CH_(3)))_(2)C_(5)H_(3)N,H_(4)L)及其锰配合物[Mn(H_(2)L)(DMSO)_(2)](1)和镧配位聚合物{[La(H_(2)L)_(2)]_(2)[La_(2)(H_(2)L)_(2)(DMF)_(5)(H_(2)O)]·2DMF·2H_(2)O}_(n)(2)(DMSO=二甲基亚砜,DMF=N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)。配合物1和2的结构分别通过红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、元素分析进行了表征,并经单晶X射线衍射进一步确证。晶体结构分析表明配合物1属于正交晶系的P2_(1)2_(1)2_(1)空间群;配位聚合物2结晶于三斜晶系的P1空间群。用CCK-8法检测了1和2对体外结肠癌细胞HCT116和结直肠腺癌上皮细胞DLD-1的增殖抑制作用,结果表明1和2对HCT116和DLD-1细胞都有中等抑制作用:1的IC_(50)分别为(23.69±1.226)μmol·L^(-1)和(41.06±1.013)μmol·L^(-1);2的IC_(50)分别为(57.61±1.034)μmol·L^(-1)和(61.36±1.029)μmol·L^(-1)。Complex[MnH_(2)L(DMSO)_(2)](1)and coordination polymer{[La(H_(2)L)_(2)]_(2)[La_(2)(H_(2)L)_(2)(DMF)_(5)(H_(2)O)]·2DMF·2H_(2)O}_(n)(2)(DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)having 2,6-diacetylpyridine salicylhydrazone derivative(2,6-((o-OH)C_(6)H_(4)C=ONHN=C(CH_(3)))_(2)C_(5)H_(3)N,H_(4)L)as ligand were synthesized and characterized by IR,UV-Vis,elemental analysis and further by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 belongs to an orthorhombic crystal system with space group P2_(1)2_(1)2_(1),and coordination polymer 2 crystallizes in a triclinic crystal system with space group P1.Moreover,the in vitro antitumor activities of complex 1 and coordination polymer 2 were evaluated by CCK-8 assay in the colon(HCT116)and colorectal adenocarcinoma(DLD-1)cancer cell lines.And the resulting IC_(50) values were estimated to be as low as(23.69±1.226)μmol·L^(-1) and(41.06±1.013)μmol·L^(-1) for complex 1 or(57.61±1.034)μmol·L^(-1) and(61.36±1.029)μmol·L^(-1) for complex 2 against HCT116 and DLD-1 cells,respectively,proving cytotoxic activities of complex 1 and coordination polymer 2 against these two cancer cell lines.CCDC:2102080,1;2102079,2.
