摘　　要：目的:方便患者办理入出院手续,进一步提升医院各部门的整体工作效率。方法:基于电子住院证和电子票据,打通医院信息系统(HIS)、银行、医保多方系统数据连接运用,建设患者自助入出院管理系统。结果:患者在入出院办理过程中排队等待时间显著缩短。结论:基于电子住院证和电子票据的患者自助入出院管理系统的建设,能够改善患者就医体验,提高患者满意度,促进医院整体管理水平的提升。Objective To facilitate patients to go through admission and discharge procedures,and further improve the overall work efficiency of hospital departments.Methods Based on electronic hospitalization certificates and electronic bills,the system data of hospital Information system(HIS),bank and medical insurance were connected and used,and the self-help admission and discharge management system of patients was constructed.Results The queuing and waiting time of patients in the process of admission and discharge was significantly reduced.Conclusion The construction of patients self-help admission and discharge management system based on electronic hospitalization certificates and electronic bills can improve patients'medical experience and satisfaction,and promote the overall management level of the hospital.
