摘　　要：目的:构建适用于数字手术室的轻量化信息管理系统,实现手术全程闭环管理、多科室多信息系统协同。方法:解耦传统手术室信息系统,基于SaaS架构设计开发轻量化易复用的信息系统。结果:轻量化信息管理系统的构建和应用能够有效管理手术室人员、设备、耗材等信息,降低手术室污染风险,提高手术效率。结论:数字手术室轻量化信息管理系统能够协助医生对手术患者进行全周期闭环式管理,进一步提高信息系统的可复用性和分布式开发部署水平。Objective To construct a lightweight information management system suitable for digital operating room,and realize the closed-loop management of the whole operation process and the coordination of multiple departments and multiple information systems.Methods The traditional operating room information system was decoupled,and a lightweight and reusable information system was designed and developed based on SaaS architecture.Results The construction and application of lightweight information management system can effectively manage operating room personnel,equipment,consumables and other information,reduce the risk of operating room pollution,and improve surgical efficiency.Conclusion The lightweight information management system of digital operating room can assist doctors in the full-cycle closed-loop management of surgical patients and further improve the reusability and the distributed development and deployment level of the information system.
