综合医院电子印章的使用与管理探究

摘　　要：目的:为了应对综合医院印章管理杂乱烦琐,盖印工作量大,存在伪造风险,疫情防控要求减少人员接触等问题,探究医院印章电子化管理方案。方法:引入电子印章技术,针对综合医院组织结构,对院内印章实施电子化改造,并设计相应管理方案。结果:实现印章的电子化和统一管理,印章的使用得以大大简化,并且安全性得到保障。结论:建立综合医院电子印章管理系统,具有简化印章的管理和使用、确保印章的真实性、降低疫情风险等优点,相比传统实体印章有全方位的优势。Objective To explore the electronic management scheme of hospital seals,thus solving problems such as messy and complicated management of seals in general hospitals,heavy workload of sealing,risk of forgery and reduced personnel contact required by epidemic prevention and control.Methods The electronic seal technology was introduced,the seals in the hospital were transformed electronically according to the organization structure of the general hospital,and the corresponding management scheme was designed.Results The electronic and unified management of seals were realized,the use of seals was greatly simplified,and the security was guaranteed.Conclusion The establishment of electronic seal management system in general hospitals has the advantages of simplifying the management and use of seals,ensuring the authenticity of seals,reducing the risk of epidemic,which has all-round advantages over the traditional entity seals.
