摘　　要：目的:设计并实现全流程病理质控系统。方法:梳理病理质控全流程,分析痛点,给出技术架构和功能要点。结果:所设计系统覆盖广西某三甲医疗机构病理全流程,满足病理科的工作需要,实现病理科工作流程数字化质控、科学化管理要求。结论:在全流程病理质控系统建设过程中,加快精细化管理,对提高医疗机构病理工作水平,提升临床科室和检查检验科室协作能力等有着重大意义。Objective To design and realize the whole-process pathology-related work quality control system.Methods The whole process of pathology-related work quality control was sorted out,the pain points were analyzed,and the technical framework and key points of functions were given.Results The designed system covers the whole process of pathology in a Grade 3 and first-class medical institution in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,which can meet the needs of Pathology Department and realize the digital quality control and scientific management of Pathology Department workflow.Conclusion In the construction of the whole-process pathology-related work quality control system,speeding up fine management is of great significance for improving the pathology-related work level of medical institutions and enhancing the cooperation ability of Clinical Department and Laboratory Department.
