摘 要:目的:探索新形势下如何借助信息化手段提升医院多媒体跨平台宣传工作效能。方法:基于医院宣传工作现状及痛点,以“大宣传”理念为指导,通过“传统媒体与新媒体聚合”“宣传工作与业务工作聚合”,构建一站式的医院智慧宣传管理平台。结果:该平台的应用,实现了宣传工作与业务工作直接关联,跨平台宣传稿件的排版发布时长显著缩短,宣传流程及机制得以进一步优化。结论:医院智慧宣传管理平台的建设有助于实现“辐射全局、人人参与、面向大众”的宣传目标,对新时期医院宣传工作效能提升,打造“大宣传”格局具有一定借鉴意义。Objective To explore how to improve the efficiency of multimedia cross-platform publicity work of hospitals by means of informatization under the new situation.Methods Based on the current conditions and pain points of hospital publicity work,under the guidance of the concept of"big publicity",a one-stop intelligent publicity management platform of hospitals was constructed through"convergence of traditional media and new media"and"convergence of publicity work and business work".Results Through the application of the platform,publicity work is directly related to business work,the typesetting and publishing time of cross-platform publicity manuscripts is significantly shortened,and the publicity process and mechanism are further optimized.Conclusion The construction of the intelligent publicity management platform of hospitals is helpful to achieve the publicity objective of"covering the overall situation,involving everyone and facing the public",which has certain reference significance for improving the efficiency of hospital publicity work and creating a"big publicity"pattern in the new era.
