摘　　要：检索Web of Science数据库中的文献,使用Cite Space5.7.R2和VOSviewer1.6.17可视化软件对人工智能在心血管医学中应用研究的发文趋势、国家、机构、被引文献、研究热点进行分析。总结2002年—2021年人工智能应用于心血管医学领域的研究,发文量呈逐年上升趋势;欧美发达国家机构长期从事相关研究,影响力较大;研究热点集中在大数据医疗精准管理、人工智能在心血管医学中应用的算法、疾病预测和智能分析4个方面。The literatures in Web of Science database were searched,and the publication trends,countries,institutions,cited literatures and research hotspots of the application research of artificial intelligence in cardiovascular medicine were analyzed by using Cite Space5.7.R2 and VOSviewer1.6.17 visualization software.A summary of the researches on the application of artificial intelligence in cardiovascular medicine from 2002 to 2021 shows that the number of published papers is increasing year by year.Institutions in developed countries in Europe and United States have long been engaged in relevant research and have great influence.The research hotspots focus on the precise management of big data healthcare,algorithm applied by artificial intelligence in cardiovascular medicine,disease prediction and intelligent analysis.
