摘　　要：目的:实现国家药品使用监测系统数据的高质量采集、清洗和分析利用。方法:国家卫生健康委统计信息中心基于数据管理能力成熟度模型(DCMM)标准建设并运行了国家药品监测系统,开发和贯彻执行了相应的数据标准、质控流程和质量标准。结果:在不断改进中积累了大量可信、可用数据,对药品的综合评价、相关政策的制定起到了良好的参考作用。结论:基于DCMM标准的药品使用监测系统数据管理成熟度不断提高,建立了数据质量管理体系;数据管理是一个持续改进过程,提升数据应用、数据安全、数据质量等方面的能力域的建设与完善仍将是未来使用监测系统发展的重点。Objective To realize the high-quality collection,cleaning,analysis and utilization of data of the national drug use monitoring system.Methods The Statistical Information Center of National Health Commission has constructed and operated the national drug monitoring system based on DCMM standard,developed and implemented the corresponding data standards,quality control process and quality standards.Results A large number of reliable and usable data were accumulated in the process of continuous improvement,which has played a good reference role in the comprehensive evaluation of drugs and formulation of relevant policies.Conclusion The data management maturity of the drug use monitoring system based on DCMM has been continuously improved,and a data quality management system has been established.Data management is a continuous improvement process,and the construction and improvement of data application,data security,data quality and other capacity domains will still be the focus of the future development of the useage monitoring system.
