摘　　要：目的:面对人口老龄化不断加剧的趋势,我国养老问题日益严重,尤其是老年急救问题亟待解决。随着5G网络、数据库、区块链、物联网等智慧技术的不断发展,在老年急救领域引入数字化技术,提升老年急救效率。方法:基于中国养老模式现状,将5G网络、数据库、区块链、物联网等智慧技术引入老年急救系统。结果:本研究针对中国不同养老模式下的老年急救问题进行系统分析,提出了老年急救服务数字化解决方案,设计了区域老年急救服务一体化平台,该平台具有日常健康管理、一键式启动急救、急救绿色通道等功能。结论:区域老年急救服务一体化平台设计有望为中国老年急救问题提出新的解决方案,对老年人的全生命周期健康管理和老年急救的效率提升具有重要价值和现实意义。Objective Facing the trend of increasing population aging,the problem of elderly care in China is becoming increasingly serious,especially the problem of first aid for the elderly needs to be solved urgently.With the continuous development of 5G network,database,block chain,Internet of Things and other intelligent technologies,digital technology have been introduced in the field of first aid for the elderly to improve the efficiency of first aid for the elderly.Methods Based on the current conditions of the elderly care model in China,intelligent technologies such as 5G network,database,block chain and Internet of Things are introduced into the system of first aid for the elderly.Results This study systematically analyzes the problems of first aid for the elderly in different elderly care modes in China,puts forward the digital solution of first aid services for the elderly,and designs the integrated platform of regional first aid services for the elderly,which has functions such as daily health management,one-click start of first aid,and green channel of first aid.Conclusion The design of the regional elderly emergency service integration platform is expected to propose new solutions to the problem of elderly emergency in China,which is of great value and practical significance for the health management of the whole life cycle of the elderly and the improvement of the efficiency of the elderly first aid.
