科技自立自强背景下的大学适应性行为

摘　　要：大学提升自身适应能力是科技自立自强背景下国家和社会对大学的必然要求。基于大学在适应外部创新生态系统情境中的现状,其适应性行为即为与企业创新主体间的相互适应、协同进化、彼此赋能过程。适应性行为不仅能够使大学获得自身生存发展所需的资源,而且能够带来校企间创新要素的融合与创新资源的涌流。通过引入协同进化思想与CAS理论,可从搜寻、选择、变异三段过程分析大学适应性行为:搜寻过程包括环境信息获取、自身信息审视、合作伙伴搜求三类行为;选择过程包括合作伙伴筛选、双方资源组合及组织规则选取三类行为;变异过程包含着协同体的生成发展、资源的融合重构、组织规则更新迭代三类行为。通过大学适应性行为,大学自身更加适应外部环境并与企业协同进化,助力创新生态系统的良性运转。In the context of“self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology”,the nation and the society inevitably require universities to improve their adaptability.Based on current situations of uni⁃versities about adaption to external innovation ecosystems,this paper explores and examines their adaptive be⁃haviors in the innovation ecosystem in the process of mutual adaptation,co-evolution and mutual empowerment with corporate innovation subjects.Not only do adaptive behaviors help universities to obtain needed resources for survival and development,but also lead to integration of innovation elements and flow of innovation resourc⁃es.By referring to co-evolution and CAS theory,this paper analyzes the process of university adaptive behaviors at three stages,including search,selection,and mutation.The search process consists of three types of behav⁃iors:environmental information acquisition,self-information review,and partner search.The selection process includes partner selection,resource combination of both parties,and selection of organizational rules.The muta⁃tion process covers generation and development of cooperators,integration and reconstruction of resources,as well as updating and iteration of organizational rules.Through certain university adaptive behavior,universities can better adapt to the external environment and co-evolve with enterprises to support benign operation of the innovation ecosystem.
