摘 要:在国家大力推进治理现代化的背景下,大学生参与大学内部治理已成为大学治理体系与治理能力现代化建设的重要表征。我国大学生参与大学内部治理面临着权力失衡、机制梗阻、主体自觉性缺失等现实问题,亟需探求影响大学生参与行为的根源所在。基于质性研究方法,采用扎根理论对大学生参与大学内部治理行为的影响因素开展探索性研究,结果发现:前因驱动、过程支持与结果效应构成大学生参与大学内部治理行为的决策机制,并进一步通过行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、组织支持、需求取向这五个主范畴对大学生参与行动选择产生影响。基于此,为有效提升学生参与大学内部治理水平,高校需把握好学生参与行为的内外驱动源点,重塑学生主体性自觉;从软硬两维度强化学生参与的过程支持,有效增强参与支撑力;精准识别与有效满足学生的参与需求,通过形成良好的参与结果效应提升学生参与获得感。Under the background that China vigorously promotes the modernization of governance,the college students'participation in university internal governance has become an important representation of the modernization of the university's governance system and governance capabilities.The college students'participation in university internal governance is faced with some realistic problems such as power imbal⁃ance,mechanism obstruction,and lack of subjectivity,etc.It is urgent to explore the root causes that affect college students'participation in university internal governance.Based on qualitative research methods,the grounded theory is used to conduct an exploratory research on the influencing factors of college students'participation in university internal governance.The results show that the antecedent drive,process support and result effect constitute the decision-making mechanism for the participation of college students in the university internal governance.It further influences college students'participation through the five main cate⁃gories of behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,organizational support,and demand orientation.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the level of student's participation in university inter⁃nal governance,the universities need to grasp the internal and external driving sources of student participa⁃tion behaviors to reshape students'self-consciousness,strengthen the process support of student participa⁃tion from both soft and hard dimensions to effectively enhance the support for students'participation,accu⁃rately identify and effectively meet students'participation needs to improve students'sense of participation by forming a good effect of participation.
