产科护士健康教育能力及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查产科护士健康教育能力及其影响因素。方法2021年3月至6月以温州市3所三甲医院产科病房工作的护士作为研究对象,采用人文关怀能力量表、冲突处理模式量表及产科护士健康教育能力评价量表进行问卷调查。结果270例产科护士中,健康教育能力问卷总均分为(97.56±12.87)分;年龄、学历、产科工作时长、有无心理咨询师证、是否为产科专科护士、护士的人文关怀能力及冲突处理模式是产科护士健康教育能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论产科护士的健康教育能力较好,但技能和能力维度需要加强。护理管理者需要加强产科护士健康教育专业体系构建,促进产科护士健康教育能力培训的专业化。Objective To investigate the health education ability of obstetric nurses and its influencing factors.Methods From March 2021 to June 2021,nurses working in the obstetrics wards of three tertiary hospitals in Wenzhou were selected as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-Ⅱ(ROCI-Ⅱ)and Evaluation Scale for Health Education Ability of Obstetric Nurses.Results Among 270 cases of obstetric nurses,the total average score of the health education ability questionnaire was(97.56±12.87)points;age,education background,length of time working in obstetrics,with psychological consultant certificate or not,professional obstetric nurses or not,the humanistic care ability and the conflict handling mode of the nurses,were the main influencing factors of health education ability of the obstetric nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The healt h education ability of obstetric nurses is good,but their skills and abilities need to be strengthened.Nursing managers need to strengthen the construction of the professional system of health education for obstetric nurses,and promote the professionalization of health education ability training for obstetric nurses.
