摘  要:目的:为适应临床使用需求,探索消眩止晕片由糖衣改为薄膜衣的生产工艺。方法:通过稳定性试验,筛选合适的包衣材料生产厂家;设计正交试验,确定薄膜包衣的最佳工艺参数。结果:影响薄膜衣片崩解时限和包衣合格率的最大因素为包衣液浓度,其次为包衣液喷速,进风温度对试验结果影响较小,确定薄膜包衣最佳工艺参数为包衣液浓度16%,包衣液喷速160 g/min,进风温度55℃。结论:此工艺稳定,可用于消眩止晕片工业生产。Objective:In order to meet the needs of clinical use,to explore the production technology of XiaoXuan ZhiYun tablet from sugar coating to film coating.Method:Through the stability test,select the suitable coating material manufacturers;The orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimum technological parameters of film coating.Results:The concentration of coating solution is the most important factor that affects the disintegration time and coating qualification rate of film-coated tablets,next is the coating liquid spray speed,the temperature of inlet air has little influence on the test results,the optimum technological parameters of film coating were determined to be the concentration of coating solution 16%,spraying speed of coating solution 160 G/min and inlet air temperature 55℃.Conclusion:The process is stable and can be used in the industrial production of XiaoXuan ZhiYun tablets.
