摘  要:贵金属铂(Pt)是柔性染料敏化太阳能电池(FDSSCs)常用的对电极材料,然而Pt元素的低储量和高成本,限制FDSSCs的大规模应用。先采用简单的水热法在不锈钢丝网(SSM)表面制备Co_(3)O_(4)纳米线,然后通过原位硫化法合成Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)纳米线薄膜。以Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)为对电极的FDSSCs光电转化效率为4.96%,高于相同条件下基于Pt为对电极FDSSCs的转化效率(4.38%),表明价格低廉的Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)具有良好的导电性和电催化性能,有望替代Pt作为商用的FDSSCs的对电极。Noble metal Pt is used as the effective catalyst for counter electrode(CE)of flexible dye-sensitized solar cells(FDSSCs),but its low reserve and high cost inspire the exploration of more efficient and low-cost alternatives.Here,first,we fabricated Co_(3)O_(4)nanowires supported on the stainless steel mesh(SSM)by a hydrothermal process;Second,Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)nanowires on the SSM were synthesized via in-situ sulfurization of immobilized Co_(3)O_(4)nanowires.The obtained Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)film was used as the CE of FDSSCs.The Co_(3)O_(4)@Co_(3)S_(4)electrode showed the higher electrocatalytic ability toward I-/I 3-,and also achieved a power conversion efficiency of 4.96%,which was higher than that of the FDSSCs with a sputtered Pt CE(4.38%),suggesting its potential application as CE.
