摘 要:P-N协效超支化阻燃剂和α-ZrP的协效改性可以使PET具有高效无卤的阻燃性能。主要通过共混法将高分子量P-N协效超支化阻燃剂hbDT,以及经hbDT分散改性后的层状磷酸锆(ODZrP)引入到聚酯的基体中,制备并分析ODZrP/hbDT/PET复合树脂的热稳定性能以及阻燃效果。结果表明,当ODZrP含量为3%时,复合树脂垂直燃烧等级UL-94从V-2等级提升V-0等级,LOI数值达到33.1%,且复合树脂的成炭能力随着ODZrP添加量的提高而不断提高。The co-modification of P-N hyperbranched flame retardant andα-ZrP can make PET with efficient halogen-free flame retardant properties.The high molecular weight P-N synergistic hyperbranched flame retardant hbDT,and laminated zirconium phosphate(ODZrP)modified by hbDT dispersion were introduced into the matrix of polyester mainly by co-blending method,and the thermal stability performance and flame retardant effect of ODZrP/hbDT/PET composite resin were prepared and analyzed.The results showed that when the ODZrP content was 3%,the vertical combustion grade UL-94 of the composite resin was upgraded from V-2 grade to V-0 grade,and the LOI value reached 33.1%,and the char-forming ability of the composite resin was improved continuously with the increase of ODZrP addition.
