摘 要:NaA分子筛因其主孔道的尺寸介于大多数有机溶剂与水分子的动力学直径之间,对水分子具有很高的选择透过性。因此,基于NaA分子筛开发的NaA分子筛膜被广泛应用于渗透汽化。但NaA分子筛膜陶瓷载体上的无机结晶膜在制备过程中易形成非分子筛孔,这些缺陷导致膜的分离系数较低。本文通过在NaA分子筛膜表面原位生长富含羟基的二氧化硅纳米颗粒,修复NaA分子筛膜在制备过程中产生的缺陷,同时提高NaA分子筛膜表面的亲水性,膜表面的接触角从36.8°降低至19.0°,最终实现大幅度提升NaA分子筛膜对乙醇/水的分离系数。NaA zeolite has high selective permeability to water molecules because its main pore size is between the kinetic diameter of most organic solvents and water molecules.Therefore,NaA zeolite membrane based on NaA zeolite is widely used in pervaporation.However,the inorganic crystalline membrane on the ceramic carrier of NaA zeolite membrane is easy to form non molecular sieve pores in the preparation process.These defects lead to the low separation selectivity of the membrane.In this paper,hydroxyl rich silica nanoparticles were grown on the surface of NaA zeolite membrane in situ to repair the defects of NaA zeolite membrane in the preparation process and improve the hydrophilicity of NaA zeolite membrane surface.The contact angle of membrane surface was reduced from 36.8°to 19.0°.Finally,the separation selectivity of NaA zeolite membrane for ethanol/water was greatly improved.
