摘　　要：催化裂化装置是炼厂中的产气大户,其蒸汽的品质对汽轮机运行及全厂蒸汽管网稳定都具有重要意义。文中简单介绍了催化装置汽包炉水质量控制原理,梳理出造成炉水磷酸盐波动的主要原因,消除了工艺和设备上存在的问题,并根据装置自身特点,制定出一套炉水质量精确控制的标准化工作流程,实现炉水质量的长期稳定。通过药品消耗物料平衡,计算出汽包的实际排污率,对汽包连排量进行优化后,大幅减少了装置的能耗,产生了较好的经济效益。Catalytic cracking unit(FCC)is a major steam producer in the refinery,and its steam quality is of great significance to the steam turbine operation and the stability of the steam pipe network in the whole plant.In this paper,the control principle of furnace water is briefly introduced,the main reasons of the fluctuation of furnace water quality are analyzed,and according to the characteristics of the device,a set of standardized workflow for accurate control of furnace water quality is worked out to achieve long-term stability of furnace water quality.Meanwhile,through the material balance of drug consumption,the actual sewage rate and the continuous displacement of drum can be calculated and optimized,respectively,which greatly decreases the device energy consumption and promotes better economic benefits.
