摘  要:以巨菌草和城市污泥为原料,通过对制备有机肥的合成工艺进行研究,并对其肥效进行分析和验证,成功制备了高效有机肥。研究结果表明:巨菌草生长快、产量高,C元素含量达64.56%,聚戊糖含量为20.61%,粗蛋白含量为6.25%,总氨基酸含量为6.51%,可以作为有机肥的优质辅料;经城市污水处理厂脱水净化处理后的城市污泥,含有机质和氮、磷、钾等植物营养元素的特性,是制备有机肥的较好原料;通过预处理的城市污泥、巨菌草以质量比6∶4进行混合,在55~75℃、含水率60%~65%、碳氮比20~25,高温发酵3~5 d,沉降腐熟等工艺条件可以制备符合国家标准的优质有机肥,并在农业、园林中广泛使用。Using Pennisetum giganteum and municipal sludge as raw materials,high-efficiency organic fertilizer was successfully prepared by studying the synthetic process of preparing organic fertilizer,analyzing and verifying its fertilizer effect.The results showed that the Pennisetum giganteum can fast growth and high yield.The content of C element was 64.56%,the content of pentose was 20.61%,the content of crude protein was 6.25%,and the content of total amino acids was 6.51%.The urban sludge after dehydration and purification by the urban sewage treatment plant contains the characteristics of organic matter and plant nutrient elements such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.It is a good raw material for the preparation of organic fertilizer.Through the mixing of pretreated urban sludge and pennisetum giganteum in the mass ratio of 6∶4,under the process conditions of 55~75℃,water content of 60%~65%,carbon nitrogen ratio of 20~25,high-temperature fermentation for 3~5 days,sedimentation and ripening,high-quality organic fertilizer meeting national standards can be prepared and widely used in agriculture and gardens.
