摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定冠心宁注射液中硫元素含量的方法。样品采用湿法消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定硫元素含量,调整优化参数,选择了合适的仪器条件。按外标法建立标准曲线测定冠心宁注射液中硫元素含量,结果表明,硫元素在5.0~30.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限为0.5μg/mL,样品在低、中、高三种不同浓度水平的加标回收率为98.5%~107.6%。该方法便捷准确,能有效地测定冠心宁注射液中硫元素的含量。A method for the determination of sulfur in Guanxinning injection by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.The sample was processed by wet digestion method,and the content of sulfur was determined by ICP.The standard curve was established to determine the content of sulfur in Guanxinning injection.The results showed that the linearity of sulfur was good in the concentration range of 5.0~30.0μg/mL(r>0.999),the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.5μg/mL,and the spiked recoveries were 98.5%~107.6%at low,medium and high concentrations.The method is simple to operate and can effectively detect the content of sulfur in Guanxinning injection.
