摘　　要：对7万t/a醋酸仲丁酯装置酯化反应影响因素进行了研究,从原料组分、催化剂活性、反应环境三个方面进行分析,认为碳四原料组成、醋酸丁烯进料比、水含量、反应温度、反应压力、金属阳离子、氮化物、硫化物、聚合物均不同程度影响酯化反应,并针对催化剂超期服役、醋酸进料SBA含量高等实际存在问题,给出了新增反应器跨线、技改共沸精馏塔塔盘的解决方案。For 70000 t/a sec-butyl acetate device esterification reaction influence factors are studied,from the raw material composition,catalyst activity,reaction environment three aspects to carry on the analysis,thought the carbon four raw material composition,butene acetate feed ratio,water content,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,the metal cation,nitride and sulfide,polymer to different extent influence esterification reaction.In order to solve the practical problems of catalyst overdue service and high content of SBA in acetic acid feed,the solution of tray of new trans-line reactor and technical modification azeotropic distillation tower was proposed.
