摘　　要：经过多年多个项目的探索,LNG模块工厂化建造、现场总装已经成为LNG项目行业的发展趋势。LNG单个模块设计质量也从最初的数百吨逐渐的发展到上万吨,而且功能也在不断的完善。从最初的核心工艺模块、主管廊、管廊发展为管廊一体化工艺模块、管廊。质量的增加、尺寸的增加、功能的完善意味着建造方需要结合建造工期、成本深入研究建造工艺。本文以某LNG项目管廊一体化核心工艺模块为例,进行大型管廊一体化核心工艺模块的建造探讨,为后续的其他LNG模块项目提供参考。Through many years and many projects search,it is the development tendency of LNG industry that module factory construction and assembly at site.The weight of module is developing from hundreds of tons to ten thousands of tons and function of module is developing.Originally modules were separated as PAR/Main PAR/PAU,currently Main PAR and PAU integration will be trend.Due to weight increase,dimension increase and function richer,construction shall consider how to perform according to urgent schedule and cost.This paper discusses the construction for large Main PAR and PAU Integration based on one module,which can provide for other similar LNG projects.
