摘 要:伊拉克某油田当前注入水水源主要是经污水处理厂处理合格的生产水,随着油田的不断开发,生产水量逐渐不能满足油田注水需求,因此在油田内部开发了若干水源井以弥补生产水的不足。在开井试生产中发现水源井水与生产水混合后出现黑色悬浮物,由此展开了一系列水样混合试验、离子分析化验和垢样分析,判定黑色悬浮物主要为硫化亚铁。通过对曝气氧化和添加氧化剂两种方案进行比选,最终选定添加氧化剂(次氯酸钠)作为去除水源井水中铁离子的方案,并基于该方案对某油田现有水源井水处理工艺进行了改进。The main source of injected water in the oilfield of Iraq is produced water that treated by water treatment plant.With the continuous development of the oilfield,the amount of produced water cannot meet the demand of water injection.Therefore,water source wells are developed to supplement the produced water shortage.However,when produced water mixes with source water,it is found that black suspended solids appear.To know what the black suspended solids is,a series of water sample mixing tests,ion analysis and scale sample analysis are carried out.It is determined that the black suspended solids are mainly ferrous sulfide.After comparing aeration oxidation method with adding oxidant method,sodium hypochlorite oxidation method is selected to remove iron ions.The existing source water treatment process in the oilfield is improved based on the sodium hypochlorite oxidation method.
