吉林省城镇非体力劳动者身体成分现状的研究

摘　　要：目的:全面了解吉林省城镇非体力劳动者的身体成分现状及健康水平,并根据不同的体成分状况,制订科学的、个性化的运动干预方案,提升吉林省城镇非体力劳动者整体的体质健康水平和工作效率。方法:选取吉林省20~59岁城镇非体力劳动者为调查对象,按照每10岁为1个年龄组,进行身体成分相关指标的测试。结果:吉林省男性城镇非体力劳动者身体成分状况较差,有80%左右的城镇非体力劳动者存在肥胖、超重、脂肪过量的情况,50%以上的人群存在内脏脂肪较高的情况;吉林省女性城镇非体力劳动者身体成分状况处于一般水平,有50%以上的城镇非体力劳动者存在肥胖、超重、脂肪过量的情况,仅有10%左右的人群存在内脏脂肪较高的情况,说明女性城镇非体力劳动者总体内脏脂肪含量较低,身体成分状况明显好于男性。结论:吉林省城镇非体力劳动者整体身体成分状况不容乐观,存在较严重超重及脂肪过量等情况,女性城镇非体力劳动者总体内脏脂肪含量较低,身体成分状况明显优于男性。Objective:To comprehensively understand the physical composition status and health level of urban non-manual workers in Jilin province,and formulate scientific and personalized exercise intervention programs according to different body composition conditions,so as to improve the overall physical health level and work efficiency of urban non-manual workers in Jilinr province.Methods:The urban non-manual workers aged 20~59in Jilin Province were selected as the survey objects,and the physical composition related indexes were tested according to the age group of every 10 years.Results:The physical composition of urban male non-manual workers in Jilin Province was poor.About 80%of urban non-manual workers were obese,overweight and fat excess,and more than 50%of the population had higher visceral fat;The physical composition of female urban non-manual workers in Jilin province is at the general level.About 50%of urban non-manual workers are obese,overweight and fat excess,and only more than 10%of the population have high visceral fat,indicating that the overall visceral fat content of female urban non-manual workers is low,and the physical composition is significantly better than that of men.Conclusion:The overall physical composition of urban non-manual workers in Jilin province is not optimistic.There are serious overweight and excessive fat.The overall visceral fat content of female urban non-manual workers is low,and the physical composition is significantly better than that of men.
