宁波市少体校办学现状的研究与分析

摘　　要：《关于加强竞技体育后备人才培养工作的指导意见》明确指出,竞技体育后备人才培养关系体育事业的全面、协调、可持续发展,必须始终高度重视。该文以宁波市少体校办学现状存在的问题为研究内容,采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对少体校的办学现状进行研究分析,结果表明:(1)少体校在生源、训练方面呈现下滑趋势;(2)少体校的经费来源渠道单一;(3)少体校的升学机制不完善。因此,总体优化竞技体育后备人才培养基地,这将对推动体育事业发展起到很大作用。It is clearly pointed out in the guiding opinions on strengthening the training of competitive sports reserve talents that the training of competitive sports reserve talents is related to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of sports,and must always be highly valued.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of juvenile sports schools in Ningb City.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to study and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of juvenile sports schools.The results show that:(1)There is a downward trend in the source of students and training;(2)The source of funds of the school is single;(3)The enrollment mechanism of the school is imperfect.Therefore,the overall optimization of the training base of competitive sports reserve talents will play a great role in promoting the development of sports.
