抗疫、防洪、减灾视角下家庭亲子安全教育类体育场馆运营研究

摘　　要：2020年9月,中华人民共和国应急管理部公布了《家庭应急物资储备建议清单》。在全球疫情阴霾未散,夏季洪水肆虐背景下,社会急切需要体育、卫生、安全教育三者联动,共同抵御风险挑战,构建城市公共安全。实践操作是普及防洪、防疫类安全教育知识的有效方法,体育场馆无疑是普及安全教育知识的绝佳场所。结论:在“互联网+”大背景下,家庭亲子安全教育的体育馆智能化运营方式,有利于盘活城市体育资产,有利于提升群众抵抗自然灾害和人为灾害的能力;有利于民众增添应急物品储备;有利于政府减轻救援压力与经济支出,保证群众安全,实现应急产业链的升级。In September 2020,Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China released The List of Suggestions on Household Emergency Material Reserves.Against the backdrop of the ongoing global epidemic and the ravaging summer floods,the society urgently needs the linkage of sports,health and safety education to jointly resist risks and challenges and build urban public security.Practical operation is the most immediate way to popularize the safety education knowledge of flood control and epidemic prevention.Undoubtedly,stadiums and gymnasiums are the best place to popularize the safety education knowledge.Conclusion Under the background of"Internet+",the intelligent operation mode of gymnasiums for family parent-child safety education is conducive to invigorating urban sports assets,improving the people’s ability to resist natural and man-made disasters,increasing the people’s reserve of emergency supplies,reducing the rescue pressure and economic expenditure of the government,ensuring the safety of the people,and realizing the upgrading of the emergency industrial chain.
