摘　　要：以新建平型关路民和路征收安置房项目为例,对地下车库顶板与单体地下一层夹层顶板高差较大的情况进行对比分析与应用研究。首先阐释项目概况,对建筑上部结构嵌固部位的合理性进行对比分析;其次对建筑上部结构嵌固部位的经济性进行对比分析,找出造成建筑上部结构嵌固部位合理性与经济性不一致的原因;进行合理调整与优化后,对建筑上部结构嵌固部位进行对比分析与应用研究,合理选择建筑上部结构的嵌固部位。This paper take the newly built Pingxingguan Road Minhe Road expropriation resettlement housing project as an example,the comparative analysis and application research of the situation where there is a large height difference between the top of the underground garage and the mezzanine top of the first floor underground.Firstly,the project overview is introduced,and the rationality of the fixed place of the building superstructure is compared and analyzed.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis of the economy of the fixed place of the building superstructure,and finds out the reasons for the inconsistency between the rationality and the economy of the fixed place of the building superstructure.Finally,reasonable adjustment and optimization were carried out,comparative analysis and application research were carried out on the fixed place of the building superstructure,and reasonable selection of the fixed place of the building superstructure.
