柔性饰面砖工程质量控制要点的分析与探索

摘　　要：柔性饰面砖作为新一代建筑外墙装饰材料,具有质轻、柔性好、安全、外观造型多样、施工便利以及节能减排等方面优势,在城区既有建筑改造方面,优势更为显著。本文结合工程建设地方标准DBJ/T 13-370-2021《福建省柔性饰面砖应用技术标准》的编制过程,以及柔性饰面砖在福建省饰面工程的应用实例,从柔性面砖原材料的参数指标确定、到设计施工全过程梳理并分析提高柔性饰面砖饰面工程质量的关键要点。As a new generation of building exterior wall decoration material,flexible decoration tile has advantages in light weight,good flexibility,safety,various appearance shapes,convenient construction,energy saving and emission reduction,etc.In terms of redecoration of existing buildings in the urban area,the advantages are more significant.Combined with the compilation process of the local engineering construction standard DBJ/T 13-370-2021《Technical standard for application of flexible tile for decoration in Fujian Province》and the application examples,this paper explores the key points in how to improve the quality of flexible decoration tile engineering from the test parameter determination of the raw material to the whole process of design and construction.
