摘　　要：解决“三农”问题、实现乡村振兴的有效途径之一是提高农业劳动生产率,但现阶段中国农业劳动生产率提高依然面临着诸多困难。本文基于2010—2019年县域数据,使用双重差分法调查研究电子商务进农村综合示范县政策对农业劳动生产率的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:(1)示范县政策显著促进了农业劳动生产率的提高;(2)示范县政策是通过内部规模经济、产业集聚以及就业结构升级调整三条机制渠道提高了农业劳动生产率;(3)本文异质性分析表明,示范县政策对南方地区以及农业强县的农业劳动生产率促进作用更大,对提高贫困县地区农业劳动生产率的影响更为显著。最后,本文建议,农村电子商务扶持政策要持续开展,对于贫困地区和农业强县要加大政策扶持力度以及差异化政策管理,促进土地快速流转,提高农业劳动力转移效率,从而实现规模经济,提高农业劳动生产率。One of the effective ways to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realize rural revitalization is to improve agricultural labor productivity,but at present,China’s agricultural labor productivity development is still facing many difficulties.Based on county data from 2010 to 2019,this paper investigates and studies the impact and mechanism of the policy of integrating e-commerce into rural integrated demonstration counties on agricultural labor productivity using the dual difference method.The results show that:(1)the policy of integrating e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration county significantly promoted the improvement of agricultural labor productivity;(2)The policy of e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration counties is to improve agricultural labor productivity through internal scale economy,industrial agglomeration and upgrading and adjustment of employment structure;(3)Heterogeneity analysis of this paper shows that the policy of integrating e-commerce into rural integrated demonstration counties has a greater impact on the promotion of agricultural labor productivity in southern China and strong agricultural counties,and a more significant impact on the improvement of agricultural labor productivity in poor counties.finally,the policy implications of this article is,to continue to carry out rural electricity supporting policy,for poor areas and agricultural structing to intensify policy support and the differentiation policy management,is the purpose of land circulation quickly,improve agricultural labor transfer efficiency,achieve economies of scale,improve agricultural labor productivity.
