县级农业保险机构服务能力对种粮大户生产积极性的影响机制研究——基于有中介的调节效应分析

摘　　要：本文从“外部环境—心理认知—行为意向”的路径出发,基于山东省111份县级保险机构和448份种粮大户的农业保险配套数据,以保险认知为中介变量、保障水平为调节变量,采用有中介的调节效应模型探究县级保险机构服务能力对参保种粮大户生产积极性的作用路径。研究结果显示:(1)县级保险机构服务能力对参保种粮大户生产积极性有显著促进作用。(2)种粮大户保险认知在县级保险机构服务能力与生产积极性之间具有部分中介效应。(3)就县级保险机构服务能力正向影响种粮大户保险认知而言,保障水平具有正向调节作用。结合研究结论提出:未来需注重把控农业保险服务人员的数量及素质、着重考核专职人员执业能力、引导建立农业保险行业标准、搭建“政府-公司-农户”的互动平台。From“the external environment,cognitive,and behavioral intention of paths”,based on 111 county in Shandong province insurance institutions and 448 large grain farmers form a complete set of data,with the cognition of insurance intermediary variables,security level for adjusting variable,the intermediary effect model to explore the regulation of insurance institution at the county level service ability to ginseng protect the enthusiasm of the large grain production path.The results showed that:(1)The service capacity of county-level insurance institutions has a significant role in promoting the production enthusiasm of large insured grain growers.(2)The insurance cognition of large grain growers has a partial intermediary effect between the service capacity of county-level insurance institutions and the production enthusiasm of large grain growers.(3)As far as the service capacity of county-level insurance institutions is concerned about the positive impact on the insurance cognition of large grain growers,the level of protection has a positive regulatory effect.Combined with the research conclusions:it is necessary to pay attention to the control of the quantity and quality of agricultural insurance service personnel,focus on the assessment of professional professional ability,guide the establishment of agricultural insurance industry standards,and build a“government-company-farmer”interactive platform.
