摘  要:[目的]本研究旨在提高装备液压机械无级变速箱(HMCVT)的拖拉机的经济性,使拖拉机在任意工况下都能工作在整机经济性最佳的工作点上。[方法]对变速箱传动效率进行分析,设计中心复合试验对泵控马达系统进行效率试验,通过响应面法建立了泵控马达系统效率的回归方程,运用液压功率分流比法建立变速箱整体传动效率模型。提出以发动机燃油消耗率与变速箱传动效率之比作为目标函数,运用粒子群算法优化任意负载任意车速下的最优经济性速比。最后设计模糊PID控制器,实现对经济性速比的控制。[结果]建立了整机经济性最佳的目标速比三维图,仿真结果表明在作业工况改变时,模糊PID控制器能实现对目标速比的跟踪,与常规发动机经济性最优的控制策略相比,在3种工况下整机燃油消耗率分别降低了5.73%、9.36%和3.97%。[结论]本文提出的拖拉机整机经济性最优的速比控制策略能有效提高拖拉机田间作业的经济性,研究结果为实现装备HMCVT的拖拉机的智能化控制提供理论参考。[Objectives]For the purpose of enabling the tractor equipped with hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT)to work at the operating point with the optimal economy under any working mode,the target speed ratio had been optimized based on the best tractor economy.[Methods]The central composite design test had been designed in analyzing the drivetrain of the whole tractor.On the basis of the response surface methodology,the regression equation in hydraulic system had been constructed in the efficiency experiment conducted in the pump controlled motor system.Moreover,the overall transmission efficiency of the gearbox had been established through the use of the method named hydraulic power split ratio.Employing the ratio between the specific fuel consumption and the transmission as the object function and applying the particle swarm optimization method into the ergodic optimization,this paper established simulation model in order to verify the strategy controlling the optimal economy of the whole tractor through the process in which the optimal economic speed ratio of the tractor with any load or at any speed had been improved.[Results]The economy speed ratio was optimized out and the three-dimensional diagram of speed ratio thus was taken into shape.The simulation findings indicated that the tractor could rapidly switch to the new target speed ratio when faced with the change in working condition.Compared with the conventional economical control strategy,the specific fuel consumption of the whole tractor in this study was reduced by 5.73%,9.36%and 3.97%respectively.[Conclusions]The economy in the field work of the tractor could be enhanced through the control strategy designed in this research.The research finding could provide a theoretical reference for the intelligent control of the tractor with HMCVT.
