摘　　要：清代湖北孝感(今湖北省孝感市)监生屠述濂,乾隆四十年以捐官入仕,分云南使用。由府经历,历任县丞、州县官,升永昌知府、东川知府,护理迤东道,升迤南道,嘉庆初期屡立军功,赏按察使衔。嘉庆五年,染瘴气卒。其一生仕宦在滇,政绩卓著,于铜盐大政皆有重大建树,百姓感念。屠述濂的传记,目前所见除其子屠之申在家谱中所撰《南洲公传》外,云南、孝感诸方志亦多其传,但皆较简略,所载屠述濂履历政绩多有龃龉与系年不清者。今据云南诸府州县志及中国第一历史档案馆所藏档案,颇可依年辨证清晰。屠述濂作为一名中下层官员,一生为巩固和发展西南边疆所做出的贡献,善始善终,值得历史铭记,其精神风格值得传承,从中也可窥见清代文书政治的一些疏漏。Tu Shulian,a supervisor in Xiaogan City,Hubei Province,Qing Dynasty,joined the government in the 40th year of the Qianlong reign as a donor,and was designated to the office in Yunnan Province.He served as a county magistrate and county official,and was promoted to the governorship of Yongchang and Dongchuan,and was promoted from the governor of the Eastern Region to the Southern Region of Yunnan Province.He was granted as the An Chashi(provincial official in old China roughly equivalent to today's chief prosecutor of a high court)in the early Jiaqing period for his military achievements.He died of pestilence in the fifth year of Jiaqing.During his lifetime of service in Yunnan,he had outstanding political achievements,and was remembered by the people for his significant achievements in copper and salt administration.The biographies of Tu Shulian are currently available in addition to his son Tu Zhishen’s Biography of Nanzhou written in the genealogy,and there are also many biographies of Tu Shulian in Yunnan and Xiaogan.But all of these are too brief,and many discrepancies and political achievements contained in his biography are unclear.According to the records of Yunnan provinces and counties and the documents of the First Historical Archives of China,it is now possible to verify and clarify the chronology.As a lower-middle-ranking official,Tu Shulian’s contribution to the consolidation and development of the southwestern frontier deserves to be remembered in history,and his spiritual style deserves to be passed on.This study also provides a glimpse of some omitted politiccal contents in Qing dynasty.
