摘  要:目的:为了进一步提高工作油泵连接套微观运行性能,现提出一套行之有效的齿轮箱油泵连接套失效机理分析方案。方法:首先,根据齿轮箱结构和原理,分析了连接套损坏原因;其次,结合油泵连接套失效机理分析结果,从优化连接结构、优化润滑方式两个方面入手,为保证油泵连接套可靠性提出具有建设性的建议。结果:导致齿轮箱内部油泵连接异常的根本原因是端面键出现过大的间隙、蠕动磨损严重、轴系扰动明显等,因此,通过科学地控制端面键的间隙,不断地增加端面键的润滑度和硬度等措施,可以从根本上解决以上问题。Objective:In order to further improve the microscopic operating performance of the working oil pump connecting sleeve,an effective analysis scheme for the failure mechanism of the gearbox oil pump connecting sleeve is proposed.Method:First,according to the structure and principle of the gear box,the reason for the damage of the connecting sleeve was analyzed;secondly,combined with the analysis results of the failure mechanism of the oil pump connecting sleeve,starting from two aspects:optimizing the connecting structure and optimizing the lubrication method,in order to ensure the reliability of the oil pump connecting sleeve.Make constructive suggestions.Result:The root cause of the abnormal connection of the oil pump inside the gearbox is the excessive clearance of the end face keys,serious peristaltic wear,and obvious shaft system disturbance.Therefore,by scientifically controlling the end face keys The gap is continuously increased to increase the end face Measures such as key lubricity and hardness can fundamentally solve the above problems.
