新时期构建高校反腐倡廉考核评价体系的思考

摘　　要：加强党风廉政建设既是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,也是落实党委(党组)全面从严治党主体责任、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展、预防和惩治腐败现象的根本要求。构建高校反腐倡廉考核评价体系是高校加强党风廉政建设的重要基石和保障。当前,高校对构建反腐倡廉考核评价体系还存在着认识不足、考核评价体系不完善、考核评价方式方法不够科学、考核评价结果运用不够等问题,加强新时期高校反腐倡廉考核评价体系需要各级高校党组织加强对党风廉政建设的重视,完善评价体系,完善考核方法,强化考核结果的运用,真正发挥高校反腐倡廉考核评价体系对党建工作规范化、制度化的促进作用。Strengthening the construction of Party conduct and upholding integrity is not only an important part of the Party building in colleges and universities,but also the fundamental requirements of implementing the main responsibilities of an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline,strengthening Party self-governance and preventing and punishing corruption.Constructing the anti-corruption evaluation system and upholding integrity in colleges and universities is an important cornerstone and guarantee to strengthen the construction of Party conduct and uphold integrity.This paper analyzes the problems of constructing the anti-corruption evaluation system and upholding integrity in colleges and universities such as insufficient understanding and imperfect anti-corruption evaluation system,unscientific evaluation methods and insufficient application of evaluation results,and puts forward some measures to give full play to the promotion of the anti-corruption evaluation system in colleges and universities to the standardization and institutionalization of Party building.Firstly,Party organizations in colleges and universities at all levels need to attach more importance to the construction of Party conduct and upholding integrity;Secondly,the evaluation system and evaluation methods should be improved;Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the application of evaluation results.
