摘　　要：为探讨含有海藻多糖提取物的海藻粉饲料添加剂对肉鸡生长及免疫功能的影响,选取30100只AA肉鸡(艾拔益加肉鸡,为美国爱拔益加公司产品)设饲料中添加海藻多糖海藻粉的试验组和饲料中添加杆菌肽锌的对照组,在相同日粮和饲养条件下饲养42 d。整个饲养期观察统计2组采食量、出栏重、平均日增重、成活率、饲料转化率、发病率等,并于鸡新城疫疫苗免疫后10 d采血测定红细胞血凝抑制抗体(HI)滴度。饲料中添加海藻多糖海藻粉饲料添加剂试验组的促生长、提高鸡新城疫疫苗免疫抗体滴度(HI)、减少疾病发生等效果明显高于饲料中添加杆菌肽锌的对照组(P<0.05)。In order to investigate the effect of seaweed powder feed additives containing seaweed polysaccharide extract on the growth and immune function of broilers,30100 AA broilers were selected,and the experimental group with seaweed polysaccharide and seaweed powder in the feed and the control group with bacitracin zinc in the feed were set up.,reared under the same basal diet and feeding conditions for 42 days.The feed intake,slaughter weight,average daily gain,survival rate,feed conversion rate,morbidity rate,etc.of the two groups were observed and counted throughout the feeding period,and blood was collected 10 days after the chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine to measure the hemagglutination inhibitory antibody(HI)titer of red blood cells.The effects of adding seaweed polysaccharide and seaweed powder feed additive to the feed were significantly higher than those of the control group that added bacitracin zinc(P<0.05).
