摘  要:为进一步掌握不同饲养方式下猪圆环病毒血清抗体的变化情况,于2020年3月、5月和7月,分别对中岭乡水冲洗圈舍养殖模式和发酵床养殖模式的猪群进行猪圆环病毒血清抗体检测。2个养殖场共检测猪289头和333头,检测结果显示,发酵床养殖模式之下,猪圆环病毒的抗体合格率高于水冲洗圈舍,随着月份增加,水冲洗圈舍养殖模式之下猪群的抗体合格率逐渐下降,到2020年7月,合格率仅在60%左右。由此推断,不同养殖模式对猪圆环病毒血清抗体产生一定影响,其中发酵床养殖模式有利于维持猪群较高的抗体水平。In order to further grasp the change of pig circovirus serum antibody under different feeding methods,the pig circovirus serum antibody test was conducted in March,May and July 2020 for pigs in water rinsing pen culture mode and fermentation bed culture mode in Zhongling Township,respectively.289 and 333 pigs were tested in 2 farms,and the test results showed that the antibody pass rate of pig circovirus under fermentation bed culture mode was higher than that of water rinsing pen culture mode.The antibody pass rate of pigs under the fermentation bed culture mode was higher than that of water flushing pen,and with the increase of months,the antibody pass rate of pigs under the water flushing pen culture mode gradually decreased,and by July 2020,the pass rate was only about 60%.It is inferred that different farming modes have some influence on the swine circovirus serum antibody,among which the fermentation bed farming mode is beneficial to maintain the high antibody level of the swine.
