摘　　要：鸡传染性腺胃炎是一种病毒性传染病,由传染性腺胃炎病毒感染引起,临床上以腺胃肿大,腺胃乳头出血,出现溃疡病灶为主要特征。该病传播速度较快,但造成的死亡率相对较低,会对鸡的生长发育构成不良影响,表现为生长停止,身体逐渐消瘦,解剖可见特征性腺胃炎症病变,胸腺和法氏囊显著萎缩,胰腺坏死。传染性腺胃炎发病时间较长,有时长达20~50 d,若并发感染其他传染性疾病或受到应激刺激会造成患病鸡临床症状加重,死亡率显著升高。近年来鸡传染性腺胃炎在河南省家禽养殖领域呈现逐渐升高的态势,很多养殖户面临严重的经济损失,养殖管理人员需要高度重视,加强防范。该文探讨了鸡传染性腺胃炎的流行病学、诊断方法和防治措施。Chicken infectious adenogastritis is a viral infectious disease,which is caused by the infection of infectious adenogastritis virus.Clinically,it is mainly characterized by glandular stomach enlargement,glandular gastric papilla bleeding and ulcer lesions.The disease spreads rapidly,but the mortality is relatively low,which will have an adverse impact on the growth and development of chickens.It is characterized by growth cessation,gradual weight loss,anatomical features of gonadal gastritis,significant atrophy of thymus and bursa Fabricius,and pancreatic necrosis.The onset time of infectious gonadal gastritis is long,sometimes up to 20~50 days.If it is complicated with other infectious diseases or stimulated by stress,it will aggravate the clinical symptoms and significantly increase the mortality of sick chickens.In recent years,avian infectious adenogastritis has gradually increased in the field of poultry breeding in Henan Province.Many farmers are facing serious economic losses.Breeding managers need to pay high attention and strengthen prevention.Combined with practical work experience,this paper discusses the epidemiology,diagnostic methods and prevention measures of chicken infectious adenogastritis.
