多校区图书馆通借通还服务设计与实现——以华中科技大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：通借通还是高校多校区图书馆普遍的图书借还模式,是实现印刷型图书资源共享的有效手段。华中科技大学图书馆基于集成管理系统Sierra设计读者预约规则和通借通还流程,并系统解决通借通还服务建设过程中的组织管理模式设计、流通通知设计、读者使用管理、物流精准配送设计和服务效果评估等诸多难题,实现了多校区分馆间纸质文献资源的共享,有效地拉近了读者与图书馆之间的距离,是多校区图书馆间通借通还较为有效的服务模式。Loan and return is a common book loan and return mode for multi-campus libraries in universities,and it is an effective method to realize the sharing of printed book resources.The Huazhong university of science and technology library designs appointment rules and loan and return procedures based on the integrated management system of Sierra,and it systematically solves many problems in the construction process of the loan and return service,such as organization management mode design,circulation notification design,reader using management,logistics precision distribution design,and service effect evaluation.It realizes the sharing of paper literature resources between multi-campus branches,effectively shortens the distance between readers and libraries,and it is a more effective service mode for the loan and return between multi-campus libraries.
