北京奥运遗产探析:基于个人视角

摘　　要：奥运遗产通常是指有形遗产,例如:新建的体育场馆、多功能设施(例如会展场所)、为举办奥运会而新建的规划长期使用的基础设施(例如:公路、铁路、机场等)。在探讨某届奥运会的遗产时,通常会聚焦于为举办奥运会而新建的基础设施在后奥运时期对主办城市在诸多方面产生的长期影响。毋庸置疑,北京2008年夏奥会和夏残奥会、北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会都产生了一系列上述这样的遗产。这些奥运遗产是显而易见的、有形的,更为重要的是很容易被公众所理解的。而从奥运会对举办城市乃至举办国居民产生的影响而言,有些奥运遗产时常被忽视,即无形遗产和在奥运会前就已开始产生显著影响的奥运遗产。由此,分析了北京奥运遗产:无形遗产包括增强民族自豪感、志愿服务、培养高技能劳动者以及与残奥会密切相关的包容性发展。赛前遗产包括在获得奥运会举办权后到奥运会开幕前大约7年期间的直接投资、就业机会、宣传奥运会的活动。Olympic legacy typically means the often-robust tangible legacy elements including the new venues for sports,multi-purpose facilities like exhibition and conference sites,grand and long-time-needed(and planned)urban infrastructures like roads and railways,airports and traffic systems.When discussing the legacy of a particular Games,the emphasis would almost always be put on the various aspects via which the Games’newly-built infrastructure will serve the communities of the host city long after the Games has concluded.Beijing 2008 and Beijing 2022 undoubtedly produced a series of such legacy items.These legacy items are obvious.They are tangible and,quite importantly,easily understandable for the public,too.This essay presents my own perspective over some other aspects of legacy that occasionally get overlooked.The two particular aspects of legacy elaborated herewith encompass the intangible legacies and the legacies,which started having remarkable impact on Beijing before the Games.The intangible legacies discussed in this essay include national pride,volunteering,new professional workforce and,particularly relevant to the Paralympic Games,inclusiveness.The pre-games legacies include the immediate investments,employment opportunities,popularization and promotion legacies following the winning of the hosting right some 7 years prior to the games,and the promotional legacies taking place during the preparatory period.Based on this,the pre-games legacies of Beijing“Double Olympic Games”were thus analyzed.
