摘 要:为优化羊绒纱线的再牵伸工艺,针对假捻器前后隔距变化对成纱质量造成不同影响的问题,采用控制变量法设计了14组隔距参数并纺制相应羊绒纱,进而研究了羊绒纱线条干CV值、3 mm毛羽数及断裂强度在不同隔距下的变化情况。研究结果表明:经过再牵伸工艺,羊绒纱线的3 mm毛羽数减少了30%~50%,羊绒纱线断裂强度提升了15%左右。同时较大的前隔距有利于纱线条干CV值、3 mm毛羽数及断裂强度的改善,较小的后隔距能改善纱线的条干均匀度,而过大或过小的后隔距都会对纱线毛羽数及断裂强度有负面影响,合适的后隔距有利于解捻牵伸顺利完成,并增强对纱线中纤维的控制,从而提升纱线性能。In order to optimize the redrafting process of cashmere yarn and solve the problem that the change of separation parameters before and after the false twister had different effects on the yarn quality,14 groups of separation parameters were designed by using the control variable method to spin the corresponding cashmere yarn.Furthermore,the changes of CV value,3 mm hairiness and breaking strength of cashmere yarn under different separation conditions were studied.The results show that after the redrawing process,3 mm hairiness of cashmere yarn reduced by 30%to 50%,and breaking strength of it improved by about 15%.At the same time,larger front gauge is beneficial to the improvement of yarn evenness CV value,3 mm hairiness and breaking strength,and smaller back gauge can improve the evenness of yarn.But excessive or too small back gauge has a negative impact on yarn 3 mm hairiness and breaking strength.Appropriate back gauge is conducive to the smooth completion of untwisting and drafting,and enhances the control of fiber in yarn,thereby improve yarn performance.
