摘  要:针对植物提取液媒染原理问题,从植物单宁提取入手,用含单宁的浓缩液对羊毛进行染色,并考察上色效果。试验通过对比纯化水和乙醇2种溶剂对单宁提取率的影响,选择乙醇作为提取剂。采用超声波辅助提取核桃分心木中的单宁,通过单因素、正交试验优化提取工艺条件,得到单宁的最优提取工艺参数:超声波功率200 W、乙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶80、提取温度55℃、超声波处理时间40 min,最佳提取率为6.73%。浓缩提取液,采用同浴媒染法,硫酸亚铁为媒染剂上染羊毛纤维,通过单因素试验得出羊毛最优染色工艺:染色温度80℃、染色时间40 min、料液比1∶100、pH值6、硫酸亚铁质量浓度3 g/L,羊毛上染深色效果较好。In order to investigate the mordant dyeing principle of plant extract,the plant tannin were extracted,and the wool fibers were dyed with concentrated solution containing tannin,then the dyeing effect was examined.By comparing the effects of purified water and ethanol on the extraction rate of tannin,ethanol was selected as the extraction agent.tannin from walnut distractor was extracted by ultrasonic assisted.The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.The results show that the optimum extraction process parameters of tannin are ultrasonic power of 200 W,ethanol volume fraction of 50%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶80,extraction temperature of 55℃ and extraction time of 40 min.the optimum extraction rate is 6.73%.Moreover,the wool fibers were dyed in concentrated extract with ferrous sulfate as mordant by one bath mordant dyeing.Through single factor test,it is concluded that the optimal dyeing process of wool is as follows:dyeing temperature 80℃,dyeing time 40 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶100,pH value 6 and ferrous sulfate dosage 3 g/L.
