摘  要:绿色、健康和环境保护概念的兴起,对纺织品提出了安全性和舒适性的要求,但涤纶的生产过程温度过高且直接添加天然活性成分会导致其炭化失活。针对该问题,采用分子巢技术,对茶叶中的活性成分(儿茶素类)进行负载和保护,制备的茶活性成分改性涤纶具有良好的抗菌、抗病毒和抗氧化作用。采用扫描电镜、高效液相色谱分析、力学性能分析和功能测试开展研究得出:山东崂山绿茶(夏季采摘)含有优质的儿茶素类活性物质;介孔SiO_(2)对活性物质的载物量达60.7%;改性涤纶内部有分子巢分布,粒径约为100 nm。改性涤纶的断裂强度为3.36 cN/dtex,纤维中儿茶素类总含量为5.17 mg/kg,抗菌率≥91%,抗病毒率为99.51%,抗氧化自由基清除率为51.39%,显著优于对照纤维。With the rise of green,health and environmental protection concepts,higher requirements for the safety and comfort of textiles are put forward.Due to the high temperature production process of polyester fiber,the natural active ingredients added directly will be carbonized and deactivated.In order to solve this problem,modified polyester fiber of tea active ingredients was prepared.Molecular nest technology was adopted to load and protect the active ingredients(catechins)in tea.It is found that it has good antibacterial,antiviral and antioxidant effects.The properties of fibers were studied by scanning electron microscopy,high performance liquid chromatography,mechanical property,antibacterial and antiviral detection.The results show that Laoshan green tea(picked in summer)contain high quality catechin.The loading capacity of mesoporous SiO_(2) particles to active substances reach 60.7%.Molecular Nests are distributed in modified fibers,and the particle size is about 100 nm.The breaking strength of modified fiber is 3.36 cN/dtex,the total content of catechins is 5.17 mg/kg,the antibacterial rate is more than 91%,the antiviral rate is 99.51%,and the antioxidant free radical scavenging rate is 51.39%,which are significantly better than other control polyester fibers.
